What is Normal Filling
? Non-sponged cartridges have
air pockets inside and they have are refilled from the print head. In Normal
Filling, the crucial point is to balance the air pressure inside the cartridge.
Otherwise, unbalanced air pressure will lead to ink leakages and improper print
outs.
This technique is used for HP 6615 and 51645 type cartridges. Ink
is filled inside the air pocket and the air inside the cartridge makes pressure
from the outside of the pocket to push the ink down through the print head.
After refilling the cartridge, the remaining air is vacuumed from the print
head, which is also called as priming.
MIS Refill Machines primes the
cartridges automatically thanks to microprocessor controlled refilling feature.
