MIS PRO Deluxe can refill, clean, and
even wash all your black and colour cartridges. It is equipped with dual
vacuum chambers and you can use both of them simultaneously.
MIS PRO Deluxe is very easy to use and
teach. An inexperienced operator can start using the machine and refilling
cartridges incredibly in 10 minutes.
With the built-in Ink Selector,
unlimited number of different inks can be connected and different cartridges can
be refilled with unique inks.
As MIS PRO Deluxe can be used as a stand
alone unit, it can be used as a compliment to any existing cartridge refill
machines in the market. In other words, if you already invested in a
refill machine without vacuum filling technology, you can integrate MIS PRO
Deluxe and benefit from vacuum filling technique.
As a unique technology offered by only
MIS Computer, vacuum chamber can also be used for cleaning and washing
purposes. In other words, contaminated cartridges can be washed without
taking the foams off.
Vacuum chambers in PRO Deluxe are
designed in the way that they can be used one by one or altogether at the same
time. For instance, while working with the 1st vacuum chamber, you can
also refill or clean your cartridges in the 2nd chamber without waiting for
the process to finish in the 1st vacuum chamber.
PRO Deluxe can clean 2 cartridges at the
same time and removes the waste ink thoroughly. For non-sponged
cartridges, it removes the ink and make the cartridge ready for
refilling.
With PRO Deluxe, you can also adjust the
amount of ink to be refilled very easily from the mounted syringes.
WHY PRO DELUXE
Because PRO Deluxe is the ultimate
solution for all recyclers. It cleans the sponges of the cartridges and
solves colour mixing problem without taking out the sponges easily, practically,
and fast. While cleaning the cartridge, you can also fill the cleaning
solution at the same time.
After cleaning the cartridge, there is
no need to dry the sponge. Because, with its excellent vacuum, it removes
all the ink and cleaning solution out of the cartridge thoroughly.
With PRO Deluxe, there is no need for
external cleaning systems such as centrifuge machines.

These problems are just a chronicle
thanks to PRO Deluxe. Because the cartridges are refilled in a vacuum
chamber, the air inside the sponge is removed and therefore the ink spreads
throughout the sponge and cartridge. Again, because the air between
nozzles and sponge is removed, the cartridge becomes ready for printing just
after refilling. Therefore, there is no need to vacuum the air from the
print head again and again.
Furthermore, since the pressure is
balanced inside the cartridge, ink does not leak from the print head during
transportation.
The sponge is filled by ink
completely.
Even if you refill more ink than
necessary, excess amount of ink is taken out automatically and the cartridge is
filled with the precise
