Filtration system consists of 2 sequentially installed HEPA protective filters and 1 industry leader HEPA filter. As the system starts to work, primarily 2 sequential HEPA protective filters collect the dust and keep it enclosed. This pre-filtering separates the major part of dust and therefore, makes HEPA filter has a very long lifetime.
At the second stage of filtering, HEPA filter catches the fine dust and filtrates up to 0.3 micron and purifies the air outflow entirely. Hence, MIS Toner Plus provides a clean working environment free from toner dust, which is between 0.5 and 0.7 micron in size. MIS Toner Plus is equipped with a reliable Fuse, which safeguards the entire system continuously against any electrical failures, malfunctions, and shortcuts. MIS Toner Plus is also equipped with an external compressor unit and an air gun. Hence, you can clean the dust on toner cartridges precisely in sequence with the system.
Besides the external air compressor unit and air gun, de-ionizer and air dryer can be installed to the system. De-ionizer removes the electrical load of the compressed air in order not to modify the electrical load of the color toner powder, especially.
And Air Dryer removes the humidity in the compressed air, which prevents toner powder from getting lumpy.
